Hillcrest and Lakeview Apartments are secure, classic 20’s, 4 story brick buildings. Each building contains 40 apartments. Each building has a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with a copule studio apartments on ground level. Hillcrest has live-in caretakers as well as maintenance and cleaning staff. Hillcrest does not allow dogs, but cats are okay. Heat, water, and sewer is included in the monthly rent.
Garden Apartments are made up of 3 buildings. The complex is made up of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which all include water, sewer. Some of which have lofts, fireplaces and patios. Heated indoor parking is available for an additional cost. Most units have air conditioning as well as in unit laundry. All units have dishwashers. All building are secure with entry systems.
